Gaining, maintaining familiarity with, and keeping up with changes in the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition ? Acting as the link between client and agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively ? Discussing the products, services and advertising requirements of each client ? Writing agendas and setting up meetings between clients and agency staff ? Writing meeting reports, keeping records and financial details ? Delegating work to, and briefing, other members of the agency team and vendors ? Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks ? Handling budgets and managing campaign costs ? Presenting campaign creative work to clients for approval or modification ? Overseeing the status of, and monitoring the effectiveness of, campaigns ? Helping to secure new business Job Scope Must enjoy interacting with people and be an excellent written and verbal communicator. Think like a war strategist, talk like a United Nations diplomat. Must be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, while remaining organized. Skills and Abilities ? People and relationship skills, especially listening, reading nonverbal cues, and speaking clearly and confidently. ? Ability to present clearly and convincingly to small groups. ? Professional appearance, bearing, and attitude. ? Organizational and administrative skills needed for project management. ? Software expertise with Microsoft Office suite.
